Have a journal to write down your thoughts and feelings

Make an excuse to go out for a walk.. even if it’s to the corner shop/high street (and treat yourself for doing so, that’s an accomplishment WELL DONE!)

Listen to your favourite music artist

Practice gratitude (things that make you smile)

Skincare –

Turn your phone off and have a social media cleanse

Declutter your room

Practice mindfulness

Have a nice relaxing bath with candles

Watch a comedy movie (sometimes having a good laugh makes you feel that much better)

Drink some water

Read a book of your choice
