– Make an excuse to go out for a walk.. even if it’s to the corner shop/high street (and treat yourself for doing so, that’s an accomplishment WELL DONE!) –

– Listen to your favourite music artist –

– Practice gratitude (things that make you smile) –

– Skincare –

– Turn your phone off and have a social media cleanse –

– Declutter your room –

– Practice mindfulness –

– Have a nice relaxing bath with candles –

– Watch a comedy movie (sometimes having a good laugh makes you feel that much better) –

– Drink some water –

– Read a book of your choice –
